First undercover information action to inform travellers that Air France-KLM transports laboratory animals!
On Saturday the 21st of May 2011, three activists from Coalition Anti Vivisection France, dressed as air hostesses from the airline company Air Souffrance, braved the draconian security surveillance systems of Roissy airport to inform passengers about the transport of laboratory animals by Air France. “Making the sky the best place on Earth”!
We handed out a thousand leaflets to travellers from Terminal 2, mainly in front of the Air France ticket office. The leaflets were written in French and in English since many passengers speak English.
We had lots of positive feedback from travellers, many of whom told us they were shocked by the information.
Bearing badges recalling the names of places of annihilation for animals such as HLS, Covance or Harlan, Air Souffrance’s air hostesses will return to highlight what Air France wants to hide from its clients.
